The automotive industry has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my dad would take me to car shows, exotic dealerships, and motorsport events all over the place. He'd hand me a disposable camera every trip, and I'd document everything - building flip books full of memories and dream machines. My Hot Wheels collection? Next level. You always knew where to find me at the grocery store: in the toy section, sifting through every car on the rack.
I entered the industry at 17 and haven't looked back. I've worked across multiple sectors - corporate side, private side, dealerships, tire shops, and custom automotive shops. I started as a service technician, worked my way up through sales advisor roles, and eventually became a shop manager. Every position taught me something valuable about this business and what customers really need.
At 22, I was blessed with the opportunity to open Evolution Motoring - a shop I could call my own and build the right way. The vision was clear: create a one-stop automotive shop that truly stands out. To do that, we focused on what matters most - honest pricing, high-quality customer service, and standing behind every job we complete. From sales to service, every aspect of the process is designed around the client, not just a dollar sign.
Rey and I built Evolution Motoring because we wanted everyone who calls or walks through our door to feel like family. That's not just talk - it's how we operate every single day.

My passion for vehicles started at a lowrider show, and I was instantly hooked. Watching the crowd's reaction to those custom builds was mesmerizing - I knew right then this was what I wanted to do. I got my hands on a Honda Civic and tricked it out, turning every gas station stop into a mini car show. Seeing kids' faces light up when I let them hit the switches? That feeling never gets old.
Over the years, I've completed 8+ custom builds of my own, each one teaching me something new about this craft. My background spans audio installation and vehicle detailing, and I've learned that the industry constantly evolves - so we have to evolve with it. That's exactly what we've done with Evolution Motoring.
When Parker and I started talking about opening our own shop, we knew we wanted to create something different. A family-friendly establishment that's warm and inviting, where walking through the doors is a complete experience. Too many shops in this industry are focused on making a quick buck instead of going the extra mile. My philosophy has always been simple: treat everyone like family and do things with integrity. From that foundation, Evolution Motoring was born. We're here to show our clients they finally have a shop they can trust - whether it's a one-off custom build or an everyday upgrade.

My name is Andrew Hernandez, I am 20 years old and I have been working in the industry for over 3 years. I am an XPEL Prime certified installer and also graduated from UTI. Evolution Motoring is an opportunity for me to take the next step in the industry towards sales and management while still perfecting my craft as a technician.
